Choose & measure.
Choose your blend and measure the amount listed on its label. Use an infuser that gives loose leaves room to open, or place your tea bag in a cup.

Heat your water.
Use fresh drinking water and the temperature recommended for your tea. A kettle with temperature control can make it easier to repeat a cup you enjoy.

Pour & pause.
Pour over the tea and set a timer for the label’s steep time. When the timer finishes, remove the infuser or tea bag.

Taste & make it yours.
Let your tea cool to a comfortable drinking temperature. Taste it before adding milk, sweetener, or lemon, then adjust to your preference.

Contact us with the blend name before guessing at a temperature or steep time. Ingredients and formats vary, and we want you to have the instructions for your particular tea.
Can I use the timer for any tea?
Yes. Set it to the time printed on your tea’s label. The default three minutes is an editable timer setting, not a brewing recommendation for every blend.
